Work from home was an exception before the outbreak of COVID-19, but post the outbreak it has become a new norm. Though the ratio of disliking work from home is lesser, still, it is creating a huge impact on output, and indirectly, the economy is suffering. Due to a long period of remote work not only affect the company's productivity and the country's economy but also the reason for the issue in the mental health of the employee. Currently, the U.S has more cases and the death rate compared to other countries. All 50 states have been infected, while New York has the highest death rate. To maintain distance from the pandemic, most of the employees prefer to work from home for their safety.
